I am always a bit sceptical when someone contacts us and says they’ve created a curry kit that allows you to make a meal at home that tastes just like a restaurant dish. Lemon is used to achieve the sour taste, while other fruits may be used to make the dish sweet. In the absence of fruit, sugar will be used to obtain the sweetness.
