We paid for our meal and the restaurant did not know it was being reviewed.
Bina’s Kitchen is a great Pakistani inspired street food venue with a permanent location in the Coopers Yard Food Hall in Holmfirth.
To use their own description “We are us 4, Hadiya, Kabir, Mustafa & Sufiya. 4 siblings that run Bina’s Kitchen with the occasional appearance from our Mum, Bina, we named the business after her because she’s a legend!”

Bina’s Kitchen offers a good range of dishes, from loaded fries and naanwiches to more traditional curries served with rice or naan.
When we visited last Saturday, we tried the Chicken Tikka Naanwich and the Keema Matr loaded fries — their words and spelling, not mine. Both dishes were excellent, with plenty of flavour and generous portions.
The Chicken Tikka Naanwich was the milder of the two dishes, while the Keema Matr had noticeably more kick. The loaded fries were incredibly filling and certainly worth trying, although I’m not sure I would order them again. That isn’t a criticism of the dish; I just think I would prefer the keema served with rice or naan next time.
You also have a choice of four sauces: Green, Purple, Yellow and Red. The photograph below explains what goes into each one, allowing you to choose the flavours and level of heat that suit you. If you prefer your food hotter, they are also happy to spice things up.
Bina’s Kitchen does an excellent job with its social media. Take a look at its Facebook page and you’ll find plenty of good quality food photographs and videos showing the different dishes available. Well done, Bina’s, for taking decent photos!
As well as its regular location, you can keep an eye out for the Bina’s Kitchen food truck at festivals and events around Yorkshire and the surrounding areas. It’s well worth looking out for.
