Following over 26 years of industry-defining success in India and in the global diaspora, Restaurant India—in partnership with Entrepreneur APAC—is bringing its flagship platform to the North of England with the Indian Restaurant Summit & Honours – Regional Edition. 

Taking place at The Edwardian Manchester on 21^st of September, the event convenes leading restaurateurs, chefs, food critics, and investors to celebrate the vibrant evolution and commercial growth of Indian dining throughout the region.

The summit serves as a strategic business forum addressing regional F&B scaling, culinary innovation, supply chain resilience, and cross-border investment, culminating in a rigorous awards presentation audited by Ernst & Young (EY) to ensure industry gold-standard transparency.
