Chicken Tikka

Most of us will be familiar with this one, a popular ingredient all over the world but particularly in the U.K. and India. Small pieces of boneless chicken are baked on skewers in a clay oven after being marinated in yoghurt and spices.

The word ‘tikka’ literally means ‘bits of chicken’ but is often used to refer to the marinade itself.
